The timing has never been better. Sweden has become a hotbed for new, bold talent. The indie game scene is burning up. It has never been easier for someone with a great idea and passion for games to make it in our industry. We look forward to seeing the next generation of developers during the SGA’s.

Avalanche Studios, founded in 2003 and most widely known for the Just Cause games, is still committed to explosive open worlds. In 2012, the studio expanded to New York City and is currently working on several AAA titles.

How about we start this week by announce yet another partner to SGA? This time it´s FEO Media AB, the creators of the popular IOS and Android game Quizkampen. As a matter of fact, our Project Manager Johan has been hooked by this game for months now. Feel free to challenge him by adding hultman.johan. Game on!

Just over a year ago, Henrik and Olle at FEO Media AB were participating in SGA themselves. This year, we are very proud to endorse SGA and once again come together with all the terrific participants. We will talk about the journey which in a short period of time made us a prominent figure on the Swedish rating charts at AppStore and Google Play. We know that you are the game developers of the future – and we understand that the future might come very soon. In the meantime, we hope to able to give you a few pieces of advice.

FEO Media AB was founded in 2012, and our flagship product, Quizkampen, already has nearly 2 million users in Sweden and Norway. We have versions in more than eight languages that we will (hopefully) launch in the second quarter of 2013. We are fully devoted to creating well-programmed, neatly designed, and comprehensive games for smartphones.
