Here's a picture explaining how dying works. Basically, a player that has lost all their lives may take control of spawned animals to stay entertained while the others keep playing. It's pretty fun. At one point I reincarnated into a fly. As I was flying over a lake, totally minding my own business, a fish leaped out of the water and killed me in one bite. Scared the hell out of me (you can't see what's under the surface unless you are under too)
