Description
Pilla is a cool (and cute) doll that has been with Sara since her childhood. Now Pilla makes her first apperence in a computer game! Pillas great adventure (Pilla på äventyr). Both speech and text in the game are in swedish. This is our first entry in Swedish Game Awards. Pilla has a charm of her own, that needs to be recognized! Vote for Pilla in Gamers Choice and wish us the best of luck! You can download the game directly from our homepage: www.marcushome.se /Marcus and Sara

It was good of you to provide the extra information, I thought you suggested it was resources officially provided YoYo.
I don't think blizzard would mind unless you'd try to sell the game, :).
Anyway, good luck with the competition and to all future projects!

I might add that I don´t suggest that YoYo Games have drawn all the sprites in those resource packages, they only distribute graphics and other resources made by others. This is an exact quote from their homepage:
"On this page you will find some resource packs created by people. The responsibility for the contents rests with the creators... ...These resource packs can be used with any version of Game Maker... ...The second resource pack was created/collected by True Predator."
So we can´t really be sure if True Predator asked permission for all the sprites he collected including the gem sprite that we have used. Then again this sprite has been altered by us for our game, so it is not exactly the same sprite any more as the one found in the resource pack.
However now that Albin has brought this issue to our attention we will consider redrawing the diamonds from scratch for our finale (and bug fixed) version of the game, that we plan to distribute from our homepage www.bit2logic.com as soon as we can.
Keep your eyes open, and please send us more comments on our game.

Noted. How strange..

Thank you for your opinion Albin.
Some of the graphics in the game are borrowed from the resource CD that comes with the book Game Maker´s apprentice (with permission from the authors of course) and from royalty-free archives.
The gem sprite that you mention was taken from the official resource pack 2 from YoYo games (the authors of Game Maker Professional). All the graphics in those packages are supposed to be royaltyfree.
But it could be that someone has copy/pasted the gem graphics from warcraft 3 and put it there in that archive. The sprite that we used was indeed named gemoftrueseeing.gif so we may have to consider to change it if there are copyright issues to consider... but as I said before, as far as we know this is royaltyfree graphics.

Seems well programmed and works great.
But I didn't have much fun.
Except for the floors the graphics are ok but I don't like the "similarities" of the gems in this game and the gem of true sight from warcraft 3..
